I'm lucky enough to be a Kiwi! Originally from Christchurch, I moved to Dunedin for university and I spent just over 6 years down south. It was in Dunedin that I meet Siwan and discovered our shared passion for baking.

For as long as I can remember I have enjoyed baking. It's a great way to unwind and de-stress (particularly the eating part!) 
I enjoy being able to share my creations with people and I'm sure all those people I have baked for enjoy it too!

I get a lot of inspiration from food blogs and chefs like Heston Blumenthal who takes a scientific approach to cooking which appeals to my passion for science. 
I love to experiment and try out new things and different flavours, but I also like baking the classic recipes that I grew up with.
